What if I do not move out during my notice period, or if I need to extend my lease after I have give notice? Two weeks notice that is in the contract?
Should you wish to extend your notice or that you are not moving out please contact a manager at admin@lockandstore.co.za kindly inform them that you would like to extend your notice or that you are not able to move out
What day and time can I vacate?
Before 5 pm on day of departure or at month end.
What happens if I wish to move out in a month, but I have missed the 14 day notice period?
You will have to pay the two weeks notice.
When do I need to give notice?
With in a two week (14 day) period.
How do I give notice?
You can send us a notification email that state you are giving notice.
Are there any restrictions on what I can store?

What are the operating hours?
Our operating hours are from 7am to 7pm 7days a week.
Do I need additional insurance?
You are more then welcome to organize own insurance if you feel fit.
Do I need a padlock?
Yes bring your own lock, we unfortunately do not supply.
How secure is my facility space?
100% no incident to date
What happens if I would like to cancel my lease and move out

Where can I obtain my Payment/billing history
If you need a billing history we will gladly email you your statement.
What happens if I want my lease to commence during the course of the month, and not on the 1st?
Pro-rata, billing starts on the day you move in.
How do I make payment
We have three methods you can choose from Debit order, eft, credit card or cash ( banking details)
What is the minimum time period I can rent storage for?
Month to month, we also provide weekly storage if needed.

3 sizes : 6 x 1 - 6 square unit Price R 450 per month 3 x 3 - 9 square unit Price R 700 per month 6 x 3 - 18 square unit price R 980 per month
Do you offer vehicle parking
Yes, You can park your Caravan, trailer, boat R 400 per month Trucks are welcome no bigger then 5 Ton. R400 per month
What office space do you offer and what does it include?
We have Various office sizes starting form R2500 pm for 12 square meters to 20 square meters R 4500 pm this includes water and lights, boardroom facility, entertainment area and kitchen, all offices include cleaning services
